quality management system, and in 1999 we were certified in ISO 9001 quality management system, thus bringing the quality of our products up to a new level. With
the promulgation of new quality management standards, in 2001 we transferred our quality management system according to ISO 9001-2000 standard and in 2001 we
passed audit on the transfer of ISO 9001 version. As a rsult, our company's quality management level has been upgraded remarkably.
Therefore, we established documented design control procedures to conduct control over the design in each and every stage. In the quality management system,
design and development are intended to transform other requirements into design input and output, to enable the designers to make their design as planned and in good
order in order make the products satisfy the user and the relevant requirements in applicability.
Our Solemn Commitment:
1. We shall produce the electronic Smart Meters in strict accordance with the latest version of the Chinese National Standards;
2. We shall carry out our production and management in strict accordance with the ISO9001:2000 quality assurance system;
3. We shall provide life-long maintenance to our products, Within 24 months from the date of delivery, we shall repair or replace any defective product provided the user follows the rule of usage prescribed in the operation manual;
4. Once our product is delivered to the user, we shall send our technical personnel to provide on-site supervision or arrange the user¡¯s personnel to our company for a training course on the repair and maintenance of the electronic Smart Meters;
5. Once our product is sold, we shall issue quality follow-up card to follow the quality of the product;
6. As soon as we receive feedback from the user, we shall respond to the user within 24 hours as per the case and the route condition of the locality so as to solve the problem and satisfy the user.
